When a consumer looks for information on manufactured homes they often come across the Ohio Manufactured Home Association (OMHA) website.  Our website offers general information on system-built housing.  If you want to learn more about modular or manufactured home living you are in the right place!  This guide is designed to help you fill in the blanks.   When looking at a home it’s important to understand WHAT, WHY, WHEN and HOW.  Once we have educated you on our homes, we invite you to take the next step in finding a home.   Whether you have decided on a new or used home, community or private property, OMHA can help.

It is important to note that OMHA membership is voluntary.  Our members join primarily to keep up to date on new laws and regulations, attend continuing education, network and ensure your home is a properly installed per federal and state regulations.  So, you can be assured our members care about their customers and doing the job right!

Retailer Listings
Finding a Retailer is a great place to start.  OMHA has a complete listing of OMHA members by county who sell homes and are able to walk you through the entire process.

Vacant Lot Locator
Communities: If you are looking for a manufactured home community/park in your area you can easily search our member database by parks, city, or county.  Many manufactured home communities will sell homes both new/used within their park or help you to identify vacant lots to place your home.

Industry Lenders and Service Providers
When looking for a home its always best to figure out what fits your budget.   OMHA has several lenders who specialize in manufactured home financing.  We can also help you locate an installer, home transport service, or insurance provider.
