Tim Williams, Executive Director Tim served as Ohio Assistant Secretary of State (‘94-’95). He also served as the Director of Human Resources for the State of Ohio for Ohio Governor (and later U.S. Senator) George Voinovich’s administration (’91-’94). Tim also served in former President George Bush’s administration (’89-’91). Tim has many years of business executive experience including serving as a Vice President of Human Resources with American Modern Insurance Group and leadership positions with Diebold, Incorporated (’79-’89). Tim also raced in the U.S. Legends Stock Car National Series from 1996-2010, in which he won two State of Ohio championship titles and a national championship 8th place finish. Tim earned his B.S. degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Kent State University in 1978.
Elizabeth J. Birch, Esq., General Counsel Mrs. Birch served as OMHA’s General Counsel from 1996 to 2001 and is the current General Counsel to OMHA. She is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio in the Business Regulation and Employment Law Sections. Formerly of the law firms of Mowery & Youell and McNees, Wallace & Nurick where she practiced business litigation involving manufactured housing issues, Ms. Birch returned to the position of General Counsel for the Ohio Manufactured Housing Association in 2008 and she has specialized in unique issues affecting the manufactured housing industry. Through her years of experience, Elizabeth has been a member of the National Manufactured Housing Institute’s Lawyers Committee, which provides legal consulting to MHI, the national manufactured housing industry association, the National Manufactured Housing Attorney’s Network and is a frequent advisor to regulatory agencies and courts on a wide-range of issues for manufactured and mobile home parks, retailers and manufacturers. Elizabeth Birch was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She has lived in Cincinnati and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio. Elizabeth received a degree in Political Science from Kent State University with honors and her J.D. degree from the Case Western Reserve University College of Law.
