The Ohio Manufactured Homes Association (“OMHA”) has unveiled a state-of-the-art online virtual marketplace of factory-built homes available in the Buckeye State. The comprehensive consumer platform allows Ohio homebuyers the capability to browse, select and tour manufactured homes & modular homes for sale online.

OMHA’s new website, www.OHManufacturedHomes.com will allow people shopping for a home to learn more about manufactured and modular housing in Ohio, view floorplans, get price quotes, find lenders and communities, and even take 3-Dimensional tours of new homes available for sale. Each OMHA member will have a free listing on the website that allows consumers to contact the member directly.

In addition to the website, OMHA members will be receiving a monthly marketing toolkit containing professionally produced videos and infographics that can be used by each member to promote their own business.

Members of the Ohio Manufactured Homes Association are strongly encouraged to visit the website to check their free listing and to use the items contained in the monthly toolkit to their advantage.
