OMHA has a wide range of events available.

Installers and Inspectors

OMHA Installer and Inspector CE Class is the only in person class available in Ohio.  OMHA offers it every other year, typically a Wednesday in October. This course is approved by the Ohio Department of Commerce to meet your 8 hour renewal requirement.

Community Managers

Community Management and Legal Seminars

Both new and seasoned Community Managers need training from time to time.  OMHA has developed a Community Management and Legal Seminar tailored to park owners and managers.  This course covers everything and gives helpful tips in making your community better and all the legal training you will need to know!   It is also an excellent way to network and get your questions answered stories are always encouraged.  The course is offered every other year.

Legal Webinars

Can’t get away for a whole day?   OMHA will offer single topic webinars focusing on various legal topics.  Classes will be added on an as needed basis.  Topics Typically Include: Abandoned Homes, Evictions, Rules, Leases, Rental Units, and more.

Member Dinner / Golf Awards

The Annual OMHA Member Dinner to be held at the prestigious Pinnacle Golf Club following our outing in June!    The OMHA Board Meeting will also be held at Pinnacle from 9:30 a.m. and the OMHA Golf Outing will follow beginning at 1:00 p.m.  Dinner and awards will end the day around 6pm.
